THE USE OF THIS SITE IS GOVERNED BY THE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH
BELOW.
PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE
OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL SUPERSEDE ANY
SUBSEQUENT TERMS OR CONDITIONS INCLUDED WITH ANY PURCHASE ORDER, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH
TERMS OR CONDITIONS ARE SIGNED BY TECHONWEB. TECHONWEB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE
CHANGES TO THIS SITE AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME. TAMPERING WITH
THE SITE, MISREPRESENTING THE IDENTITY OF A USER, USING BUYING AGENTS OR CONDUCTING
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES ON THE SITE ARE PROHIBITED.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Techonweb offers ground shipment, second day, overnight standard, overnight
priority, and Saturday delivery inside the continental United States. Total
shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method, cost of the item(s),
and total weight of all the items on your order. The shipping charges are not
refundable. Due to shipper restrictions we are unable to ship to Post Office
boxes or APO, FPO, PSC addresses.
- All shipments are subject to stock availability.
- 99% of all orders are shipped within 1 business day. Please allow up
to seven (7) business days from credit approval for delivery on all ground shipping
orders unless your order is a direct ship or on backorder.
- Techonweb reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers.
- All packages may require signature and it is the customer's responsibility to
make arrangements to accept delivery.
- If any part of your order has shipped, there will be no refund of shipping charges.
SALES TAX
Techonweb shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax
for orders to be delivered to addresses within California, and Texas. Resellers
in these states may download the reseller certificate file, fill it out and fax it to
our fax number 972.233.0024 in order to get the sales tax removed. Each customer
shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any
other state.
PRICING
Due to the rapid and constant price changes in this industry, we are unable
to "price match" and we cannot and will not make a price adjustment after
an order has shipped. Our costs change on a daily basis.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express
that are issued in the United States. For credit verification purposes, CREDIT CARDS
ISSUED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. There is no
surcharge from Techonweb for using your credit card to make purchases with Techonweb.
Please be sure to provide the correct and exact billing address along with the
correct billing telephone number. If you wish to have your order shipped to a
different address, please notify your credit card company of the alternate shipping
address so that we may verify its validity. Incorrect information may cause a
delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment
of your order.
Checks/Money Orders
Techonweb accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks and company
checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or
cashier's check. Since the length of time for check clearance is different at
each bank, please allow up to ten (10) banking days for your order to be released on
all personal and business checks orders. Techonweb cannot guarantee the
availability of a product by the time funds clear. We may refund any backorders
upon the clearance of your check if you do not wish to wait via a company check.
We will charge a $30.00 fee on all returned checks.

Please add $15.00 to the total cost of the order to cover
the standard wire transfer fee. Also, please send us an email
confirming when the wire transfer was made and for how much. Wire
transaction numbers and/or srf numbers would be extremely helpful when matching
wire transfers with orders.
Net Terms
Net Terms are available for Government and Educational customers. Fortune
1000 companies may also apply for Net Term accounts. Please be advised
that minimum purchase order needs to be $500 or more. For more information
regarding qualifying for Net Terms, please contact our billing department at

PayPal
Techonweb now accepts PayPal payments. Orders are processed upon
payment notification from PayPal depending on availability. Please make
sure that your shipping address is confirmed through PayPal in order
to avoid any delay. Please note we do NOT accept international PayPal.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an
offer to sell. Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form
of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does
it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Techonweb reserves the
right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.
ALL ORDERS PLACED MUST OBTAIN PRE-APPROVAL WITH AN ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF
PAYMENT, AS ESTABLISHED BY OUR CREDIT DEPARTMENT. We may require additional
verifications or information before accepting any order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you must cancel an order before it is shipped, you may do so by
logging into your account
and cancel your order. The cancel button is only active if your order has not been
shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, then you may refuse
delivery to avoid the cost of return shipping. Once the refused product arrives
back at our warehouse, we will process your credit 10~14 days after receiving
it, for the purchase price of the product minus $5 return fee. If you do not
refuse delivery, you must then obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number to
return your item(s) by e-mailing our Returns
Department or you may call our Customer Service Center. You will be liable
for the return shipping and insurance costs. The package must be unopened and
"as shipped" condition to be eligible for a credit.
PRIVACY NOTICE
We at Techonweb realize that it is the customer that enables us to exist.
We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. Any and all
customer information obtained is collected for the purpose of processing your order
and supporting our customer relationship. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SOLD

Techonweb has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information
and description. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical, photographic or technical error, Techonweb shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
Techonweb shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether
or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your
credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,
Techonweb shall immediately issue a refund to your account in the total charged.
TECHONWEB is also not responsible for any photographic or technical errors.

liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive,
or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the agreement to sell
product to buyer or the product, including, but not limited to, damages for lost
profits, loss of use, lost data or for any damages or sums paid by buyer to third
parties, even if Techonweb has been advised of possibility of such damages.
The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based
upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other sort, breach of any
statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited
or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that any legal action brought against Techonweb or its parent company shall be
governed by the laws of the State of Texas without
regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that
the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation
arising from your use of or orders made on the Techonweb
sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court
located in Dallas County, Texas.
RETURN POLICY
Products from the following manufacturers may only be returned for exchange if the product is
certified as defective by the respective manufacturer, and the manufacturer authorizes Techonweb
to return the product back. A case ID # is required from the respective manufacturer in order for
Techonweb to process your RMA request. Additionally, these items may be returned for an identical
replacement only. They cannot be exchanged for non-identical items or returned for a refund.

Other products may be returned for replacement or credit at Techonweb's discretion
within twenty (20) days from the ship date. After twenty (20) days only the
manufacturer warranty applies and all claims must be submitted directly to the
manufacturer. All returns must be in the original box with all packing materials,
cables, manuals, accessories, and UPC code on the box intact. Techonweb reserves
the right to reject any packages that do not meet any of the above criteria and/or
impose 15% handling fee. Product specification is subject to change without notice,
please consult with the manufactures website for upto date information. If your
order arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery.
If you accept the package, make sure carrier's delivery record is noted regarding
the damage, in order for Techonweb to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise,
the original box, and the packaging it arrived in, notify Techonweb within 24 hours to
arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
RMA number MUST be obtained from Techonweb in order to receive a refund or
replacement. We will not issue credits or replacements for unauthorized returns.
You may request RMA number by calling Customer Service at 800-456-5000.
RMA number in addition to return instructions will be emailed to you within 2-3
business days. The RMA number is necessary to coordinate returns with our warehouse
and accounting department. Please use a label; DO NOT WRITE OR MARK THE BOX ITSELF.
All returned products must be in 100% complete condition. Products must be
returned with original packaging that has not been written on or defaced. Manuals,
blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer must be included.
Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
Return Freight must be prepaid and insured to our returns warehouse. The
customer is responsible for all costs associated for returns to our warehouse. We
ask that shipments to our returns warehouse be sent via UPS, FedEx or other traceable
method so that you may receive a tracking number to be sure that the shipment does
arrive to its destination.
RETURN OPTIONS
STANDARD REPLACEMENT - Techonweb will ship a replacement upon receipt of
the defective product. Note: Standard Replacement may take (3) three
-(5) five weeks turn around time.
EXPRESS REPLACEMENT (Cross Ship) - Techonweb will ship a replacement and
charge it to your credit card. Once the defective product is received back
to our warehouse, we will issue a full credit within two (2) to four (4) weeks of
receipt.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT RETURNING ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S) BACK TO OUR
RETURN’S WAREHOUSE WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
SHIPPING COSTS. THIS IS A COST THAT IS NOT REFUNDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
WE DO HOWEVER REFUND YOU ON THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING THAT WE CHARGED YOU TO
SHIP OUT THE PRODUCT(S)..
STANDARD REFUND - Product must be in the original box with all packing
materials, cables, manuals and accessories intact. A 15% restocking fee
may apply to the amount of the item returned. Shipping and Handling
charges are not refundable. Keep all packing material and documentation
intact in case your product must be returned. Software products may not
be returned if they are open or the product's seal has been broken. *
Please note that some manufacturer's products may be returned only for
replacement. If you have a question about how the Return Policy applies
to a particular product, you may e-mail us at:
returns@techonweb.com. Techonweb will not be liable if you order
the wrong product. We have provided information (product description, image,
and specification) obtained by TECHONWEB from manufacturers and others that
industry sources believe are reliable. TECHONWEB makes no representations or
warranties with respect to the performance of the products and the accuracy of
the information, and any and all warranties, whether oral or written, express
or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by TECHONWEB, including, but not
limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
and liability arising from errors and/or omissions in the information. It is
your sole responsibility to evaluate the accuracy of, completeness, and
